01How do I draw my first wall?
Open the left rail, pick the wall tool, then click and drag in the editor. Fine-tune dimensions in the property panel on the right, millimeter-exact.
02How do I read the material list?
Right sidebar, the Material tab. Items are grouped by type, material, cross section, and length, with counts and linear meters. Export follows with the plan.
03Which exports exist?
Today: SVG for the clean plan, PDF for print and handover. DXF for CAD handover is planned for the Pro tier.
04What happens to my data?
Stored on Supabase in the EU (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). No tracking in the editor. Details in the privacy policy.
05How do I delete my account?
Settings, account, delete account. All projects and master data are removed server-side.
06Are there keyboard shortcuts?
In the editor press the „?" key, all shortcuts are listed there. Cmd on macOS, Ctrl on Windows or Linux.
07Something is broken. How do I report it?
In the editor, top right, the help icon, with shortcuts and a feedback block. Or use the contact form below.
08Is there no 3D preview yet?
3D follows in the next phase. Until then, Struqo delivers the 2D plan plus material list, which for small wood projects tends to remove most of the headache.
